• Support Store Director & ASM to impact profitability.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Partner to curate a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and provides best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate customer connection.
• Engage community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles as needed.
