Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership in our Columbus store.

You will drive sales by analyzing the business and delivering best-in-class customer service. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, supervising salesfloor and stockroom, staffing and scheduling, payroll management, training, product knowledge, visual displays, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coach staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
