Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience managing people in food service or related roles.
• High-school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ with local law restrictions for alcohol service where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on staffing, time management, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Recruit, train, develop and motivate the team to meet sales and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service in a safe environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Own an AOI area and rotate across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom areas.
