Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager in Leesburg, FL to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations and training of staff. You will help ensure clean, safe, and efficient service while delivering a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include coaching Crew Members and Carhops, managing staffing and inventory, and handling opening/closing duties. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to drive sales and quality service.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience (QSR) preferred.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and math/computer basics.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Team/Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign staff to meet service standards.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure safety/compliance.
• Monitor staffing, inventory and food cost; adjust as needed.
• Complete weekly inventory and maintain records.
