Job summary

MillerKnoll’s Design Within Reach store in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant Manager to lead client relationships and sales initiatives. You will balance client service, leadership support in GM absence, and store operations to meet sales goals.

You will travel for in-home consultations and training, collaborate on merchandising, and mentor Sales Assistants and interns. This role reports to the General Manager and requires weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with direct reports, peers, and clients.
• Proficiency with MS Office, web navigation, and 3-D rendering programs.

Responsibilities

• Grow business weekly by using company programs to manage client lifecycle and meet sales goals.
• Maintain store design and visual standards using merchandising guidelines.
• Create client floor plans and design presentations.
