Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a Sales Assistant in Costa Mesa to support daily store operations, assist with orders, deliveries, and client follow-up, and help maintain product displays. You will report to the Assistant Manager and work closely with the sales and visual teams.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their career who loves design and wants to grow in a creative, design-focused environment, with training across Salesforce and design software.

Qualifications

• Interest in design, retail, or customer service
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable using Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and navigating websites
• Willingness to learn systems like Salesforce and design software (we’ll train you!)
• Able to lift over 40 lbs and move items as needed

Responsibilities

• Support the team with order processing, delivery coordination, and client follow-up
• Help maintain the store’s visual presentation and product displays
• Assist with inventory of marketing materials, swatches, and office supplies
• Learn about our products and design principles through training and team meetings
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide helpful, friendly service
