LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead customer experience and store culture in our Bay Terrace Bayside location. You will act as a floor leader, model brand behaviors, and coach associates to connect with customers.

You will support recruiting, development, and use data to drive results in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires 1+ year of retail management experience, hospitality mindset, and proficiency with POS systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
