Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to enhance revenue through daily collections and stellar customer service. You will support in-store experiences, including deliveries and home installations, while maintaining a clean, welcoming retail environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a customer-first attitude. This full-time position offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: engage with customers to collect on accounts daily.
• Customer service: deliver top-notch, friendly service in-store and in customers’ homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products safely per procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting with organized products and cleanliness.
