Rent-A-Center in Chicago is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to support store operations, drive collections, and deliver high-quality service to customers in homes and stores.

This role emphasizes maintaining an upbeat store environment, handling daily credit tasks, and coordinating deliveries and pickups while promoting a customer-first experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections activities to support growth and revenue.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant's heart in our stores and in customer's homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: assist with loading/unloading and installation of products following procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and staff.
