Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Delaware County, PA is hiring a Credit Assistant Manager to support credit and collections, while delivering outstanding customer service in stores and in customers' homes. The role includes coordinating deliveries, merchandising, and daily store operations.

You will drive company products safely, follow loading procedures, and maintain a welcoming, organized store as part of a team with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to drive and lift/move products safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: communicate with customers daily to collect on accounts.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch service in-store and at customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: assist loading/unloading and installation of products.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting, organized store environment.
