Rent-A-Center in Kenner, LA is hiring for a Credit Assistant Manager to enhance revenue through daily collections and deliver exceptional customer service in-store and in customers’ homes.

The role includes managing deliveries, merchandising the store, and ensuring compliant loading/unloading procedures while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. Prior retail or collections experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth and revenue by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: loading/unloading and installation of products, following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
