Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager in Maine to positively impact growth by collecting on accounts and delivering top-tier customer service in-store and in customers' homes.

The role involves deliveries, pickups, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment while ensuring safety and compliance. Candidates should have 1–3 years in retail or related fields and a high school diploma.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through white-glove service in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: assist in loading/unloading and installation of products in a safe and compliant manner.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
