Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to positively impact growth by managing credit and collections while delivering exceptional customer service in-store and on-site at customers’ homes. The role includes loading/unloading and installation of products, ensuring safe handling and transport procedures.

Applicants should have 1–3 years in retail, customer service, sales or collections, be at least 18, and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
