The Nest in Englewood, NJ is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to help run day-to-day operations for our growing family social club. This full-time role blends hospitality, operations, and community-building, with weekend events and open play.

You’ll manage drop-ins, reservations, space capacity, lead a welcoming team, and partner with ownership to grow memberships and partnerships. Ideal candidates are organized, friendly, and comfortable solving problems on the fly.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in family-oriented environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and oversee daily operations during regular hours.
• Manage daily drop-ins, reservations, and space capacity.
• Welcome families and create a warm, friendly environment.
• Maintain an organized daily schedule of activities and events.
• Troubleshoot scheduling or customer experience issues as they arise.
• Support event setup and transitions throughout the day.
• Coordinate with ownership to grow memberships and partnerships.
