Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10–15 employees and foster teamwork.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in limited admin work and equipment checks.
• Assist in training and developing staff at every position.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
