Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees to create a teamwork-driven, efficient environment.
• Maintain a fast-paced, structured work setting and provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist with limited admin tasks and quick checks on equipment.
• Support training and development of employees at every position.
• Keep the facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms clean and organized.
