White House Black Market in Carmel, IN is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead the store team, drive a welcoming customer experience, and uphold brand standards. This role supports staffing, coaching, and daily operations in a fashion-forward environment.

You will champion community engagement, manage inventory and replenishment, and contribute to sales goals while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
