Job summary

White House Black Market in Louisville is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager, lead the team, and deliver a welcoming, customer‑centered experience that reflects our hospitality culture. You will drive sales, mentor associates, manage inventory and visual presentation, and ensure safe, efficient store operations while upholding brand standards across our Louisville location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products on the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.
