White House | Black Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager at Store 3262 in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will assist the Store Manager in leading a team, delivering a customer-centered experience, and building community connections to reflect our hospitality culture.

You will help achieve store financial goals, hire and coach associates, and maintain visual standards while managing inventory, replenishment, and daily operations. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
