White House Black Market in Greenville, DE is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and delivering a seamless, customer-focused shopping experience on the floor and online. In this role you will recruit, train, and coach associates, drive sales to meet store goals, maintain visual standards, and oversee inventory and operations to ensure smooth daily performance.

A passion for fashion and service is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
