Job summary

White House Black Market in Murray, UT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and delivering a premier customer experience. This role will drive sales and ensure store standards are met while fostering a welcoming environment that reflects our hospitality-centered culture.

You will help train and coach associates, manage daily operations, and partner with leadership to execute merchandising, inventory, and events.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
