Responsibilities

• Lead and run shifts as an Assistant Manager to ensure high-quality washes and outstanding customer service.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.
• Support daily operations and ensure all Assistant Manager responsibilities are executed efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with operational standards, safety procedures, and equipment guidelines.
• Stay informed on products, services, and promotions to drive sales and membership growth.
• Assist in achieving site goals, KPIs, and overall business performance.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your shift.
