Role Summary

We’re seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to help lead operations at Race Club Boise. This role supports the General Manager in running day-to-day activities, overseeing associate scheduling, and coordinating guest experiences. The ideal candidate combines hospitality excellence with organizational strength and a love for cars, gaming, or motorsport culture.

Compensation

💰 $45,000 per year (salary)

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily experience schedules, ensuring smooth session flow and outstanding guest experiences

Create and maintain weekly associate shift schedules to balance coverage and labor efficiency

Lead, train, and motivate associates to uphold Race Club standards

Oversee simulator readiness, equipment care, and technical issue resolution

Handle guest interactions and ensure prompt, professional issue resolution

Support opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and sales reporting

Promote memberships, private events, and Race Club Academy training sessions

Contribute to a positive, high-energy work culture that reflects the Race Club brand

Qualifications

2+ years in a management or supervisory role (hospitality, fitness, or entertainment preferred)

Experience with scheduling, team coordination, or booking software

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Tech-savvy with Windows and IT operating systems

Available evenings and weekends
