Sport Clips Haircuts in Boise, ID is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist seeking leadership growth while continuing to cut hair.

We offer a Manager-in-Training track, instant clientele, and benefits including health, vision and dental, mental health support, and paid leadership training.

Qualifications

• Active Idaho Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men's cutting preferred).
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
• Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
• Provide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services.
• Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture.

Licensed stylists who are not yet ready for a Salon Management role can apply to our Manager-in-Training program, which provides hands-on leadership development in scheduling, inventory, customer service, and salon operations. We want to be the home for both current and future leaders.
