Physical Demands:

The Assistant Manager role requires the ability to stand and walk for long periods, typically up to eight hours or more during a shift. Frequent use of hands and arms is necessary for operating espresso machines, preparing food and drinks, and handling POS transactions. Effective verbal communication is required to lead the team and engage with customers. Visual acuity is important for supervising operations and maintaining quality control.
