The hands-on Shift Manager will oversee daily operations during assigned shifts at our coffee restaurant. Candidates should be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds, such as boxes of supplies or containers of ingredients. The environment is fast-paced and may require multitasking under pressure. Effective verbal communication and visual acuity are important for interacting with customers and ensuring accuracy in food and beverage preparation.
