Job summary

Responsibilities include reviewing schedules, stocking products, baking some goods, labeling items, and maintaining clean displays. The role requires readiness to stand long shifts and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid identification required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to complete duties.
• Must be 18 years of age and complete 60 days probation.
• Must meet ergonomic/physical requirements and operate equipment safely.
• One year of work experience or technical training preferred.
• Must complete in-house forklift training.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare equipment and supplies at shift start.
• Enter orders, schedule work, supervise/train team members, stock items, and adjust pricing.
• Assemble, bake goods, package and label items, and maintain clean display cases.
• Sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, and counters.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
