Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must read, write, and communicate effectively and follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must complete the 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements.
• Must be able to use or learn to use required equipment.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet attendance and performance standards.
• Must wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.
• Must complete in-house forklift-training program.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties in accordance with PPE requirements.
• Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, adjust pricing of items, and perform department tasks as needed.
• Assemble and bake goods, place mix on trays, position trays in ovens and racks.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print and apply labels, display products, and keep display cases clean and stocked with fresh goods.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors and counters.
