The GIANT Company is hiring a store team member in Pennsylvania to join our bakery and retail operations. You will review the shift schedule, ensure equipment and supplies are ready, and follow PPE requirements at the start of each shift.

Duties include baking and related tasks, stocking items, labeling products, and maintaining clean display cases and work surfaces. You will train and supervise teammates as needed, help with pricing changes, and support a safe, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid identification
• Able to read, write, and communicate to complete duties and follow safety policies
• Age 18 or older
• Complete 60-day probation period
• Meets ergonomic and physical requirements and base scores
• Can use or learn to use equipment required for the job
• Able to perform all job functions safely
• Meets company performance standards including regular attendance
• Wear proper assigned clothes and shoes
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred
• Complete in-house forklift-training program

Responsabilités

• Review the shift schedule, check equipment and supplies, and comply with PPE at shift start.
• Enter orders, schedule work, supervise/train team members, receive/store/stock items, check dates, adjust pricing, and perform department tasks.
• Assemble and bake goods, place on trays, and bake as part of daily bakery operations.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print labels, label items, and maintain display cases.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, and counters.
