LOFT’s Harrisburg store in Pennsylvania is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, and nurture relationships with customers and associates.

Bring 1+ year of retail management, hospitality mindset, and technology proficiency with POS. You’ll recruit and develop talent, use reporting to drive results, and foster an inclusive environment across our omnichannel shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
