Job summary

CC Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Indianapolis area cafe locations, including the Indianapolis International Airport.

The role supports the General Manager, oversees daily operations, and drives guest satisfaction, service excellence, and teamwork on a fast-paced schedule that includes nights and weekends. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

• Monday through Sunday (Nights and Weekends)
• 5:00 AM – 11 PM (Shifts Vary)

The anticipated start date for this position can range from late September through December, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.
