Job summary

CC Holdings Restaurant Group seeks a qualified General Manager for the Indianapolis International Airport location. You will lead the entire restaurant operation, drive sales growth, and ensure top-tier guest experiences while managing a 20+ person team.

Schedule includes nights and weekends from 5:00 AM to 11 PM; start date ranges from late September to December, depending on onboarding timelines. This role emphasizes Heart Culture and operational excellence.

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

• Monday through Sunday (Nights and Weekends)
• 5:00 AM – 11 PM (Shifts Vary)

Position Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food industry
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience
