Job summary

CC Holdings Group is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Indianapolis Airport location. This role supports the general manager, leads a 20+ person team, and drives hospitality-driven service in a fast-paced airport setting. Shifts include nights and weekends with early start times, and opportunities span both full-time and part-time roles.

Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

• Monday through Sunday (Nights and Weekends)
• 5:00 AM – 11 PM (Shifts Vary)

The anticipated start date for this position can range from late September through December, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.
