Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Matlock Flats in Arlington, TX. This 192-unit community requires someone to support daily operations and help maintain occupancy with excellent resident service.

You will assist the Community Manager in staff training, supervision, and on-call duties while fostering positive relationships within the neighborhood. 1–2 years PM experience and Yardi familiarity are preferred.

Formación

• 1–2 years property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
