Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Franklin Park, a 163-unit community in Austin, TX. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations and ensure high occupancy and customer service.

Responsibilities include training site staff, building positive resident relations, and being on-call as scheduled. 1–2 years of property management experience and Yardi software familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
