Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Holiday, FL community (Cobia Cove). Until the property is operational, you will work at Regency Palms, a 200 unit community in Port Richey, FL, gaining hands-on experience in daily property operations.

You will support the Community Manager, maintain occupancy, serve residents, train site staff, and handle on-call duties as scheduled, contributing to budget goals and a positive community environment.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
