Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Cobia Cove, a 228 unit apartment community in Holiday, FL. Until the property is operational, you will work at Regency Palms in Port Richey, FL.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, maximizing occupancy, collections, and resident relations, and supervising on-site staff. Requires a 2-year degree (4-year preferred) and 3 years of multifamily management experience.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to train and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Manages property operations and staff to maximize occupancy, collections, appearance and resident retention.
• Hires, trains, evaluates, and may terminate employees in accordance with policy and law.
• Maintains budgets, procedures, and adherence to compliance requirements; coordinates with HR and regional management.
• Responds to resident concerns and enforces community rules while maintaining professional relations.
