Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for a 388-unit community in New Port Richey, FL. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations, maintain occupancy, and deliver strong resident relations.

Based in New Port Richey, you may work at Regency Palms until Anchor at Gulf Harbors is ready. The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Dominium offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience preferred.
• Experience with Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate properties preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
