Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager with the daily operations at Anchor at Gulf Harbors, a 388-unit community in New Port Richey, FL. Until the property is operational, you will work at Regency Palms, a 200-unit community in Port Richey, FL.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
