Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the team at Cobia Cove, a 228 unit apartment community in Holiday, FL. You will support the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property and strive to maintain high resident satisfaction.

Until the property is operational, you will work at Regency Palms, a 200 unit apartment community in Port Richey, FL. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
