Job summary

Coastal Plains Restaurants LLC A North Carolina LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running effective shifts and upholding Yum Brand standards.

You will take ownership of duties, guide Team Members and Shift Managers, manage inventory and financial accountability, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for employees and guests. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• Basic personal computer literacy required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation needed
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Run great work shifts and meet Yum Brand standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties.
• Oversee inventory management and financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a safe workplace for staff and customers.

• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time
