COASTAL PLAINS RESTAURANTS LLC A NORTH CAROLINA LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager. You will run shifts, uphold Yum Brand standards, and guide staff.

Responsibilities include overseeing duties, inventory, and financial accountability while ensuring safe, high quality food and a welcoming environment for employees and guests. The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving with a positive attitude, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; college or university degree preferred.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy is required.
• Basic business math and accounting skills
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test
• Must be at least 18 years old

Position Overview

The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting YUM Brand standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include ensuring team members and shift managers complete all assigned duties, inventory management, and financial accountability and serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for all employees to work and customers to visit.

Qualifications
