The assistant manager will drive growth, boost brand awareness, recruit and develop a dynamic team and enhance the guest experience while fostering a positive work culture.

Our Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a natural leader with strong organizational skills to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing a diverse team, and fostering a positive, uplifting work place culture. Must be able to handle challenging guests and take direction effectively.

Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service
Promote a positive and uplifting culture throughout the park
Support sales culture, growth, and productivity objectives
Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the facility and equipment
Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and team members by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
Train new team members and inspire exemplary service and operational excellence
Work successfully within diversity
Manage guest escalations and maintain brand expectations
Maintain proper team member/employer relations and address any questions promptly, including disciplinary actions, recognition and performance
Open and close the facility on specified weekdays and weekends
Work as a team with other management team members
Works under the direct supervision of the GM, who will indicate general assignments, limitations and priorities
Perform any additional services or duties as requested by Management

Qualifications

High School Diploma
Supervisor level experience, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or retail industry
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict management skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
Soft sales skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
Relates well to customers of all ages
Great attitude and strong work ethic
Maintain a cheerful, positive attitude with willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Pay: Starting at $18-$20 per hour, based on experience
