Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Weston is seeking a motivated, sales-focused Assistant Spa Manager to support daily operations, membership growth, front desk performance, and team accountability.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching a team, helping guests, driving sales, and keeping the spa running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales, customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support membership sales, conversion, retention, and guest follow-up.
• Coach Spa Associates on membership value, objection handling, and closing.
• Help manage the front desk during peak business hours.
• Assist with appointment booking, confirmations, prebooking, and filling cancellations.
• Support gift card, retail, enhancement, and package sales.
• Monitor daily goals and communicate results to the team.
• Assist with opening, closing, cash handling, deposits, and front desk standards.
• Help maintain provider schedule productivity and reduce open appointment time.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching Spa Associates.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and brand-compliant spa.
• Lead by example with urgency, professionalism, and accountability.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Weston is hiring a motivated, sales-focused Assistant Spa Manager to support daily operations, membership growth, front desk performance, and team accountability.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching a team, helping guests, driving sales, and keeping the spa running smoothly.

This position is ideal for a strong front desk leader, sales associate, retail supervisor, fitness sales professional, or assistant manager who is ready to grow into a larger leadership role.

Compensation and Benefits

• $18–$20 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales, customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred
• Experience in a membership-based business is strongly preferred
• Comfortable selling memberships and coaching others to sell
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Comfortable using reports, booking software, and point-of-sale systems
• Zenoti experience is a plus
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

Schedule Requirements

• Applicants must be available based on spa needs, including evenings, weekends, peak appointment periods, and some holidays.
• This role requires leadership presence during busy times, not just weekday office hours.
