• Within your first few months, you can confidently run shifts, open and close the shop, and handle day-to-day operational decisions.

• Guest feedback and shop metrics (such as accuracy, speed, and cleanliness) reflect a reliable, high-quality experience.
• You actively contribute ideas to improve processes, training and team performance, and are seen as a strong candidate for future Shop Manager opportunities.

What We're Looking For
