Slim Chickens in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a Shift Manager to coach and direct a dinner-closing team across two local locations. You will empower staff to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with safety standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and hands-on support to meet quality, service, and sanitation goals while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and verbally communicate well.
• Proficient math skills and comfort with numbers.
• Proficient computer skills.
