Qualifications

• Previous customer service and leadership experience required.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced setting is preferred.
• 1-2 years of theatre or entertainment venue experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and assist with the execution of operational policies and procedures including labor, cost of sales, revenue control, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Assume the role of Manager/Mentor on Duty (MOD) when required, overseeing daily floor operations and coaching staff.
• Ensure alignment with the company’s core values and purpose.
• Assign tasks and follow up to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with opening and closing the building and prepare shift deposits.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance the movie-going experience.
• Respond to guest questions, comments, and concerns.
• Assist in staff training and development.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure staff adhere to safe practices.
• Maintain emergency, safety, and security procedures.
• Ensure theatre remains compliant with state and federal regulations.
• Support other daily floor management issues as needed.

They carry building keys and maybe responsible foropening and closing the building, managing shift operations end-to-end, and ensuring our guests enjoy a perfect movie-going experience every time.

Key Accountabilities

• Assistwith theselection, training, development, and overall employment experience of staff.
• Follow work safety guidelines and ensure all staff members are aware of and adhere to safe work practices.
• Assistin the maintenance of proper emergency, safety, and security procedures.
• Ensure the theatreremainscompliant with all applicable state and federal regulations, including labor laws, health and safety codes and accessibility requirements.
• Assistwith other issues related to Daily Floor Management as needed.

Qualifications

• Previouscustomer service and leadership experience require
• Proventrack recordin a leadership role within a fast-paced environment
• 1-2 years of theatre experience preferred
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service in a guest-focused environment
• Ability toidentifysolutions, improve efficiencies, and drive results
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
