Job summary

Face Foundrié, Llc in Missouri is seeking a Front Bar Supervisor to support Town and Country and Frontenac locations. The role is KPI-driven, focusing on performance metrics while managing staff time-off requests and daily scheduling, and delivering exceptional customer service at the Front Bar.

You will train estheticians, guide product knowledge, coaching conversations, and support marketing events and retail initiatives. Availability for onsite events, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior leadership experience.
• Availability to work onsite events, nights and weekends.
• Experience in salon, spa, or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

This is a multi-location position supporting both the Town and Country and Frontenac locations. This role is KPI-driven and focused on achieving performance metrics, while also managing staff time-off requests and supporting daily scheduling needs. This position requires a strong presence at the Front Bar, delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example in executing the FACE FOUNDRIÉ client journey.

Operations:

• Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner

• Assist the Manager in scheduling needs, schedule cuts that need to be made throughout the day and assigning team breaks.

• Assists the Manager with inventory counts, ordering products, Amazon order, receiving products and to ensure inventory is accurate

• Responsible for achieving store and individual sales goals.

• Reports directly to the Store Manager

Training:

• Assist in training estheticians to ensure they are confident in protocols, product knowledge, selling and compliance

• Train new and existing estheticians on ongoing training and protocol changes which includes but is not limited to products and services

• Assists the Manager in holding the esthetician team accountable to hitting benchmarks on current programs and initiatives including service sales, product sale, membership goals and rebook.

• Assists the Manager in ensuring all FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are being upheld

• Confident in having coaching conversations with team members

• May conduct product, retail and membership training to both Front Bar Receptionists and Estheticians.

Marketing:

• Assist in Marketing initiatives which may include but is not limited to events, pop-ups, social media content

Position Requirements

• 1-2 years of prior leadership experience

• Availability to work onsite events (Nights and weekends)

Preferred Requirements

• 1-2 years of salon/spa experience

• 1-2 years of leadership, customer service experience in the salon and spa or retail industry
