Operations

• Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Assists the Manager in scheduling needs, scheduling cuts throughout the day, and assigning team breaks
• Assists the Manager with inventory counts, ordering products, Amazon orders, receiving products, and ensuring inventory accuracy
• Responsible for achieving store and individual sales goals
• Reports directly to the Store Manager

Training

• Assists in training estheticians to ensure they are confident in protocols, product knowledge, selling, and compliance
• Trains new and existing estheticians on ongoing training and protocol changes, which includes but is not limited to products and services
• Assists the Manager in holding the esthetician team accountable to hitting benchmarks on current programs and initiatives including service sales, product sales, membership goals, and rebooking
• Assists the Manager in ensuring all FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are upheld
• Confident in having coaching conversations with team members
• May conduct product, retail, and membership training to Front Bar Receptionists and Estheticians

Marketing

• Assists with marketing initiatives which may include but are not limited to events, pop‑ups, and social media content

Position Requirements

• 1–2 years of prior leadership experience
• Availability to work onsite events (nights and weekends required)

Preferred Requirements

• 1–2 years of salon/spa experience
• 1–2 years of leadership, customer service experience in the salon, spa, or retail industry
