Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a full-time leader who holds an Esthetician license to oversee operations, training, and marketing support at our Los Gatos location. The role focuses on guest service, scheduling, inventory, and achieving sales goals while coaching the esthetician team to meet program benchmarks.

The candidate should have 1-2 years of leadership and salon/spa experience, and be available for nights and weekend onsite events.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience.
• Esthetician License.
• Availability to work onsite events (nights and weekends).
• 1-2 years of salon/spa experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Assist the Manager in scheduling needs and daily staffing.
• Assist the Manager with inventory counts and product ordering to ensure accuracy.
• Responsible for achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Reports directly to the Store Manager.
• Assist in training estheticians on protocols, product knowledge, selling and compliance.
• Train new and existing estheticians on ongoing training and protocol changes.
• Assist the Manager in ensuring FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are upheld.
• Conduct coaching conversations with team members.

Operations

• Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Assist the Manager in scheduling needs, schedule cuts that need to be made throughout the day and assigning team breaks.
• Assists the Manager with inventory counts, ordering products, Amazon order, receiving products and to ensure inventory is accurate
• Responsible for achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Reports directly to the Store Manager

Training

• Assist in training estheticians to ensure they are confident in protocols, product knowledge, selling and compliance
• Train new and existing estheticians on ongoing training and protocol changes which includes but is not limited to products and services
• Assists the Manager in holding the esthetician team accountable to hitting benchmarks on current programs and initiatives including service sales, product sale, membership goals and rebook.
• Assists the Manager in ensuring all FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are being upheld
• Confident in having coaching conversations with team members
• May conduct product, retail and membership training to both Front Bar Receptionists and Estheticians.

Marketing

• Assist in Marketing initiatives which may include but are not limited to events, pop-ups, social media content

Position Requirements

• 1-2 years of prior leadership experience
• Esthetician License
• Availability to work onsite events (Nights and weekends)

Preferred Requirements

• 1-2 years of salon/spa experience
• 1-2 years of leadership, customer service experience in the salon and spa or retail industry
